Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screw fastening machine which reduces slant fastening of a screw.SOLUTION: In an automatic screw fastening machine provided with: a bit connection shaft 9 which rotates by receiving drive of a motor 6a; a bit 3 which is connected with the bit connection shaft 9, and can engage into a screw; and reciprocation means which freely rotatably supports the bit connection shaft 9, and freely reciprocates to a predetermined position, the reciprocation means comprises: an inner cylinder 2a which freely rotatably supports the bit connection shaft; and an outer cylinder 2b which covers the inner cylinder 2a, the inner cylinder 2a forms a movable part which projects or is restored from the outer cylinder 2b, and is constituted by being arranged so that its shaft line coincides with a shaft line of the bit connection shaft 9. Thus, a large flexure moment is not generated in the bit 3 in screwing even when thrust in bit drop is set as high. Thus, the bit 3 does not warp, and slant fastening of the screw is hard to be generated.
