Abstract:
PURPOSE: To repeat the calibration for a desired frequency by calibrating the skew between signals of a multi-channel signal source automatically.
CONSTITUTION: The output signal of a couple of flip-flops 18, 20 is latched by a couple of latches 22, 24, which generate a skew signal. Which signal of a couple of signal surces 12, 14 is advanced is discriminated from the skew signal. While referencing the skew signal, a microprocessor 26 delays sequentially the signal source which is advanced. The microprocessor 26 decides the delay of the signal to be calibrated from the value of the delay control signal when the skew signal indicates the change in the relation of the time of the signal from the signal source.
