Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple removing device of a head and internal organs which can easily used even by an unskilled person by removing the head and the internal organs of fish especially small fish without cutting their abdomens so as to consecutively finish the cutting face of the head to be a neat section.
SOLUTION: This automatic small fish processor is composed of a supplying device 1 carry-supplying fish by arranging the head parts of fish bodies in a fixed direction, a supply-sending device 2 sending the device 1 properly one pitch by one pitch, a positioning device 3 pushing out the fish bodies while automatically positioning a cutting position, a carrying device 4 carrying the fish bodies in the state of being pushed into a prescribed position, a cutter 5 pressurizing the fish bodies and simultaneously cutting the head parts to separate from their barrel parts, a discharging device 6 discharging the dressed fish bodies and a carrying and sending device 7 securely rotating the device 4 one pitch by one pitch.
