To provide an automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus enabling a secure visual observation of the state where a liquid is vacuum-suctioned from a vessel with a filter.
In the automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus which is provided with a dispensation head enabling a suction and discharging action of a liquid, a moving means moving the dispensation head, and a control means to control the suction and discharging action of the dispensation head, and the movement of the dispensation head by the moving means, and acts according to the operation process input by the control means, a temporary stop setting function stopping temporarily an action of the apparatus in advance in an arbitrary operation process is provided on the control means. More concretely, a vacuum suction means in which the inside is made vacuum and the liquid is vacuum-suctioned from the vessel with the filter is provided, and when the apparatus is in a temporary stopping state in the previously set operation process, the vacuum suction means is operated independently, and the vacuum-suctioned condition of the liquid from the vessel with the filter is confirmed by the visual observation.
