To provide an automatic temperature rising dispenser suitable for automatic analyzer of immune reaction or nucleic acid amplification reaction in which reagent can be preserved stably while avoiding the risk of carryover.
A dispenser comprising a pump means generating a pressure variation for sucking or delivering liquid, a nozzle for transmitting a pressure variation of the pump to a dispensation chip, and the dispensation chip fixed removably to the nozzle is further provided with a drive means for moving the nozzle vertically and horizontally, a liquid tank having means for regulating the temperature of inner liquid to a specified level, and means for controlling the pump means and the drive means to suck the liquid into the dispensation chip, raising the temperature of the sucked liquid by immersing the chip into the liquid tank where the temperature of inner liquid is regulated to a specified level, lifting up the chip from the liquid tank and ejecting the temperature raised liquid.
