PURPOSE: To prevent an irregularity in the acid rinsing operation of a fulcrum part by dividing the inside of an automatic lesting apparatus into a weighing part and an acid rinsing part, moving a pallet into which a test piece has been put according to a set schedule and performing a pre-weighing operation, the acid rinsing operation and a post-weighing operation.
CONSTITUTION: A pallet is placed on a pallet movement stand 1, and the apparatus is started. The movement stand 1 moves a foremost test piece inside the pallet to a part directly under a sample handling device 4, the device 4 carries the test piece to a precision scale 3, the test piece is weighed and returned to the pallet. The movement stand 1 carries a second test piece to the device 4, and the test piece is weighed by the scale 3. This operation is repeated, all test pieces on the pallet are weighed, and the movement stand 1 carries the pallet up to a shutter 13. A pallet transfer machine receives the pallet, and the pallet is moved sequentially to an acid rinsing tank 6 or 7, a water rinsing tank 9, a neutralization tank 8, an ultrasonic cleaning tank 10 and an alcohol tank 11. After the pallet has been dried, it is returned again to a weighing part A, the test piece is weighed in the same manner as before an acid rinsing operation, and the quality of the test piece is judged on the basis of a weight difference between the test piece before its acid rinsing operation and that after its acid rinsing operation. Since the fulcrum of the test piece is changed to a fixed fulcrum, a movement fulcrum and the fixed fulcrum during this time, it is possible to prevent and irregularity in the acid rinsing operation of the fulcrum part.
