Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain simultaneously changing a plurality of tools in a multiaxis spindle head by a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A tool collecting magazine 4 and tool magazine 5, in a manner mixed with a workpiece, are allowed to flow by arranging the two magazines on a transfer machine line. In a condition that the tool collecting magazine 4 is fixedly positioned in a form similar to the workpiece in a jig 11 of a multiaxis machine tool, a tool T of each multiaxis spindle head 9 is received to a tool pot 23 of the tool collecting magazine 4 by autonomous working of the multiaxis machine tool. Similarly, a new tool T is mounted in each multiaxis spindle head 9 from the following tool magazine 5.
