PURPOSE: To automatically carry out a dangerous, dirty and hard transfer operation by transporting a container receiving materials by means of a crane so as to treat the material in a transfer station.
CONSTITUTION: A container 20 receiving materials in a transport position is mounted and fixed on a frame bed 14 with its master valve 23 being directed downward. The container 20 together with the frame bed 14 is transported to a transfer station 100 by a crane device 10. The weight is measured by a load cell 108 and the frame bed 14 is fixed to confirm the master plug 23 by a switch part 107. Then, an automatic piping connecting section 50 is connected temporarily to a ejecting flange 24 of the container 20 by an air cylinder 109. A housing is shifted axially by a ball screw in the automatic piping connecting section 50. A ball flipped inward by an outer housing is engaged with the ejecting flange 24 of the container 20 and the ejecting flange 24 is seal jointed with a receiving flange by a rection. Next, both master values are tested by a leakage test device to open both master valves by the switch part 107.
