Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out the stabilized supply and discharge by preventing the adhesion of the powder material to a screw at the transference time of a screw conveyor.
CONSTITUTION: A screw 5 of a screw conveyor 1 is supported freely to be slid in the axial direction, and a vibration generator 15 is connected to a screw shaft to give the fine vibration in the axial direction to the screw simultaneously with the rotation of the screw 5, and the adhesion of the powder material to the screw 5 is thereby prevented, and the feeding to the screw 5 is smoothened to enable the stabilized and quantitative supply and discharge.
