To provide an automatic vending machine management system with easy locking and unlocking of a door.
When the management host 200 receives an unlocking or locking request of the automatic vending machine 100 from a portable communication terminal 300, it authenticates a user by using an authentication host 400, delivers a list of automatic vending machines 100 to the portable communication terminal 300, and sends an unlock request to the automatic vending machine 100 selected at the portable communication terminal 300. The automatic vending machine 100 is unlocked when it receives the unlock request.
