PURPOSE: To provide the title equipment in which means for removing small stones getting mixed in unmilled rice, cereal dusts such as unripe rice and miscellaneous grain, and broken rice caused by rice-cleaning are incorporated.

CONSTITUTION: The title equipment has a hulled rice storing means 2, a hulled rice lifting means 3, a small stone-removing means 4, a rice-weighing means 5, a rice-milling means 6, a cereal dust-removing means 7, a rice-polishing means 8, a broken rice- removing means 9, a rice-cooking water supply means 10, a rice cooker 11, a rice cooker lid-closing means 12 and a control means 13, within a basic frame 1. An automatical rice-polishing apparatus, one of them, has a driving mechanism wherein a plurality of rice-polishing rollers, onto each of which cloth easily attracting powder such as flannel or bleached cotton cloth is wound, are arranged horizontally and in parallel neighbouring with each other, each shaft thereof is rotatably mounted on its frame in an inclinatory state to a level surface, and each of the rice-polishing rollers is allowed to rotate in the same direction. An auxililary roller, onto which cloth easily attracting powder such as the flannel or bleached cotton cloth is wound, is placed so as to be rotated on a V-shaped groove formed by the rice-polishing rollers neighboring with each other.
