Abstract:

To automatically select an optimum communication path corresponding to a user's purpose and a radio communication infrastructure characteristic.

A communication plan storing part 11 stores a plan for communication path selection specified from an input part 13 and communication information on the communication history and charging system of each radio communication system, correlation between the intensity of an electrode and a data communication error rate by each radio communication system. A communication path selective control part 10 determines the radio communication path to use by referring to communication information stored in the communication plan storing part 11 according to the plan for a communication path selection stored in the communication plan storing part 11 and turns on a communication switch corresponding to the determined radio communication path among switches for communication paths 4 to 6. Thus the optimum radio communication path corresponding to the radio communication infrastructure characteristic is automatically selected according to the plan for communication path selection designated by a user.
