Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a wheel rim for an automobile in which a placement portion of a work supply mechanism needs not to be replaced even if a shape (a shape of an outer diameter in particular) of a rim work to be subjected to roll molding varies.SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises: a motor shaft 22 on which is mounted a bottom roll B; a motor that rotationally drives the motor shaft 22; a motor shaft 42 on which is mounted a top roll T; a motor that rotationally drives the motor shaft 42; a motor 31 which adjusts an interval between the motor shaft 22 and the motor shaft 42; and a work supply mechanism. The work supply mechanism comprises: a base body 62; a moving body 64 comprising a placement portion 65 that is supported to be movable relative to the base body 62 and places a rim work W thereon; and cylinder mechanisms 63 and 64 that adjust a position of the moving body 64 relative to the base body 62 and can move the placement portion 65 between a retreating position and a setting position; a servo mechanism-type motor 66 that adjusts a position in a vertical direction of the base body 62; and a servo mechanism-type motor 68 that adjusts a position in a shaft line direction of the base body 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
