Abstract:
To prevent the wear of the locking part of a spring for imparting elastic force to a rocking member 5 regardless of the use over a long period under the condition where the vibration of an engine is regularly applied.
A locking hole 25 for engagingly locking the locking part of the spring is made non-circularly. A synthetic resin-made locking cylinder 28 is installed to the inner peripheral part of the locking hole 26 by molding. The locking part of the spring is engagingly locked on the inside of the locking cylinder 28.
