To weaken the force of external interference electronic waves and interference magnetic field and hence smoothly operate an auxiliary device with a simple structure by forming the long and narrow rod, the cross rod, a disk, and the like of a power engine and a permanent engine using wood or plastic and extending a permanent magnet on the surface.

For smoothly increasing the rotary speed of a power engine and a permanent engine, a device is so structured that interference electronic waves and interference magnetic field are decreased and broken. Namely, a long and narrow rod 1 of the power engine and the permanent engine is made of wood or plastic. Then, a permanent magnet 3 is extended on the surface. A cross rod, a disk, and the like are similarly made of wood or plastic instead of a long and narrow rod 1, and the permanent magnet 3 is extended on the surface, thus weakening the force of external interference electronic waves and interference magnetic field and hence smoothly rotating a device with a simple structure.
