A conical rubber type axial spring of a laminated rubber structure includes diametrically different plural metallic cylindrical bodies 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d arranged in a concentrically circular shape and rubber 12e loaded between the respective cylindrical bodies in the shape of connecting the mutual respective cylindrical bodies, and is constituted so as to reduce tensile compressive stress to the rubber layer. That is, since a part corresponding to a metallic plate of the laminated rubber structure is wholly constituted of a first cylindrical body 12a to a fourth cylindrical body 12d, an adhesive state with the rubber 12e holds an excellent shape. Particularly, since the metallic plate between the rubber 12e wholly becomes the cylindrical body in this way, behavior of the cylindrical body itself is stabilized, and acts so that excess force is not applied between the rubber and the cylindrical body.
