Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backflow preventing apparatus for an injection molding machine by removing disadvantages that closure of a valve opening is incomplete and a kneader cannot be attached to resin material necessary to be kneaded.
SOLUTION: In the backflow preventing apparatus for an injection molding machine comprising a valve body 12 mounted at an end of a screw 11 for inputting melted resin from a outside to a central channel and discharging it from an opening 20 of its end, and a poppet 16 having a conical head for opening or closing the opening 20 and a shaft 17 continued to the head and arriving at the screw and inserted movably in an axial direction at a predetermined distance by a spring 22 and pressure of the melted resin passing the channel in such a manner that the poppet 16 is held movably at a predetermined distance to a shaft center at the channel 14, and a kneader for giving mixing to the melted resin passing the channel 14.
