Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure connection and sealing even when a center line is dislocated because of dislocation of a stop position of a movable tank by attaching a plurality of joints on a plane and forming a guide-cum-lock device at the center and a seal-cum-guide on the joint end face of the joint.
SOLUTION: A seal ring 17 is fitted onto the outer circumference of the joint ends of joint bodies 4 and 7, and pressure welded faces 18 and 19 between this seal ring 17 and receiving bodies 5 and 8 are made tapered. Also, an insertion hole 20 is provided at the center of a fixed plate 2, and a first air cylinder 21 is provided at the position corresponding to a moving plate 1 so that the tip end of its shaft rod 22 is inserted and pulled through the insertion hole 20. In the neighborhood of the insertion hole 20 of the fixed plate 2, a locking member 28 to be advanced passing a second air cylinder and fitted into a groove at the tip end of the shaft rod 22 is formed. By this, the seal ring 17 presents the state where sealing is performed by advance of the moving plate 1, and the tip end of the shaft rod 22 is protruded from the insertion hole 20 and locked by the locking member 28.
