To provide a backhoe capable of enhancing the cooling efficiency of an oil cooler and a radiator.

In this backhoe, a horizontally-arranged engine 9 is provided in the rear of a revolving frame 3; a radiator fan 12, which is driven by the engine 9, is arranged on the one side of the engine 9; a radiator chamber 25, where the radiator 13 and the oil cooler 14 are arranged, is provided on the one outside of the radiator fan 12; and a fuel tank 29 is arranged on the front side of the radiator chamber 25. The backhoe cools the oil cooler 14 and the radiator 13 by sucking in outside air from an intake port 43, which is formed in a side cover 42 on the one outside of the radiator chamber 25, by driving the radiator fan 12. An air intake duct 44 for introducing the outside air toward the front of the radiator 13 from the intake port 43 of the side cover 42 is provided between the front of the radiator 13 and the side cover 42 in such a manner as to be independently partitioned in the radiator chamber 25.
