The microbial proliferation apparatuses are capable of charging the corncob or a foaming substance, etc., into a single-tank preparing apparatus T1, sterilizing the corncob or the foaming substance, etc., with a hot-air blower 37, feeding water with a water feed pope 35, carrying the resultant material into a proliferation tank F in the topmost stage of a multistage microbial proliferation apparatus T2, feeding a microbial culture solution from a pure culture chamber B1 and substrate culture chambers B2 installed in the topmost part or the outside of the proliferation apparatus T2, stirring and mixing the immobilized raw material, feeding the resultant mixture into the interior of the proliferation tank F in the lower stage while successively proliferating the microorganism, repreparing the mixture as a microbial formulation in the proliferation tank F in the lowermost stage after completing the microbial proliferation and discharging the prepared formulation from a discharging opening and closing port 25.
