Abstract:
To provide a bag for a liquid product, particularly yeast, capable of carrying out complete and prompt deaeration of the contained product.
A bag is a double wall type for containing a liquid product generating gas, particularly yeast. The bag includes two opposing faces (2) mutually joined along a peripheral heat-sealing line (3), and a spout (7) attached to one of the opposing faces (2) for filling and discharging the liquid product. A double wall of the bag includes a polyethylene-based highly permeable inner film (5), and an outer film (6) for reinforcement. The outer film (6) is made of a polyethylene-based nonwoven fabric.
