Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the function of collecting lightweight materials such as sheets, tapes, cords and paper to a bag filter device without reducing dust collecting efficiency.
SOLUTION: In a device body 1, the flow of dust containing air is deflected almost at a right angle to direct it toward filters 13, and also lightweight materials are removed by separators 5 on this side of the filters 13. That is, the dust containing air that contains lightweight materials is diffused and straightened in an upper horizontally introducing passage 3a, and also its flow velocity is decreased, and moreover, it flows in a side vertically introducing passage 3b to change its direction, allowing lightweight materials to be surely separated. The lightweight materials are blocked by the separators 5 to sharply decrease the inflow thereof to a dust collecting chamber 2. The separated lightweight materials descend in the side vertically introducing passage 3b and are discharged to the outside by a discharging means 17. On the other hand, after the dust containing air that has entered the dust collecting chamber 2 gets rid of dust by the filter 23, the purified air reaches a clean chamber 12 and is discharged to outside the device body 2 from a discharge port. Dust collected by the filters 13 descends in the duct collecting chamber 2 and is discharged from a dust recovering means 15.
