Abstract:

To provide a circuit where a signal complemental to an absolute temperature (CTAT signal)(Vbe) is subtracted from a signal proportional to the absolute temperature (PTAT signal), and further, a feedback signal from a calculation/amplifier is subtracted.

There are provided a first current path including a first transistor connected to a first diode in series and provided between a first current source and a circuit grounding point, and a first current path which is, comprising a second transistor connected to a second diode in series, provided between a second current source matching with the first current source and the circuit grounding point. Further, there are provided a first input (IN+) connected to a control terminal of the first transistor, and a second input (IN-) connected to a control terminal of the second transistor. A first output (OUT+) connected to a terminal of the first transistor and a second output (OUT-) connected to a terminal of the second diode are provided.
