Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony which has a trapezoidal shape in a plan view, is excellent in workability and can prevent leaking of rain through a roof, and in which a floor joist does not require complicated working.
SOLUTION: In this balcony 1 which has the trapezoidal shape in the plan view, a front crossbeam 13 of a floor frame 3 is provided with a floor-joist fixing part 19 on which an under surface of the floor joist 5 is to be placed and bolted, and a deck material-receiving part 21 for receiving an end of a deck material 7 above the fixing part 19; the receiving part 21 is equipped with a drain gutter 23 which is provided along the longitudinal direction of the front crossbeam 13, and a deck-material fixing part 27 which is provided at an upper end of a building-side gutter wall 25 of the drain gutter 23; and the fixing part 19 is located on the side of a building with respect to the fixing part 27, so as to fix an end of the floor joist 5.
