To provide a ball joint structure and a wiper arm allowing replacement of a ball housing without discarding a rod-like member (a sub arm).
The ball housing 52 is equipped with an insertion part 58 supporting a ball pin such that it can roll, and a turnably inserted through a mounting hole 58 formed in an end of the sub arm 18. When a fitting fixing part 62 extended in a radial direction from the ball housing 52 is turned toward the sub arm 18, the fitting fixing part 62 is detachably fixed to the sub arm 18. In such manner, by separately forming the ball housing 58, the fitting fixing part 62, and the sub arm 18, and assembling and fixing the ball housing 52, the fitting fixing part 62, and the sub arm 18, when the ball housing 52 is damaged, the ball housing 52 can be replaced without discarding the sub arm 18.
