A rolling groove 411 corresponding to the rolling groove 31 of the screw shaft is provided to the inner surface of the through-hole 41. A load path is formed of the two rolling grooves. The load path includes a lead angle A. The nut 4 includes a circular flow hole 42 and a mounting groove 43. The two circular flow elements are mounted in the mounting grooves, respectively. A circular flow passage is provided to the circular flow element. The load path and the circular flow hole are connected to both ends of the circular flow passage, respectively.
