To prevent the distance between regularly arranged balls from accidentally coinciding with the pitch of waving while each ball is being brought into contact with the top parts equal in number to the balls as the greatest number, and thereby prevent frictional force from being increased while being rotated with an increase in noise due to the friction force thereof wherein very fine process-waving caused by the oscillation of a grinding wheel for example, when the groove surface of a ball nut is ground, takes place at the contacting surface of each ball of a ball screw, even when each distance between the balls is regularly arranged in the ball screw employing each spacing body.
Each distance between balls and the filling rate of the balls can be easily adjusted by the use of a ball screw characterized by a mechanism capable of changing the thickness of each spacing body to be disposed in between the balls.
