PURPOSE: To obtain the balloon on which large projecting objects do not exist and which is highly safe and can be easily produced.
CONSTITUTION: This process for production consists of a stage for immersing a spherical mold 11 into latex 14, then depositing and forming a first latex film 15 on the surface of the mold 11 by pulling up of the mold 11 and forming a thick part 16 by the accumulation of the latex 14 in a part thereof, a stage for vulcanizing and parting the first latex film 15 on the surface of the mold 11, then tying a mouth part 17 existing in a part of the first latex film 15 with a cord body 18 and cutting away the undesired part, a stage for injecting fluid 20 from the thick part 16 of the first latex film 15 into the inside, and expanding the first latex film 15 and a stage for immersing the expanded first latex film 15 in a liquid packed state again into the latex 14, then pulling up the mold to form the second latex film 21 on the surface of the first latex film 15 and vulcanizing the films.
