The band saw blade 1a has a band and a tooth 1-9 extending from this band, and its tooth 1-9 is arranged in circulating main groups, and the respective main groups have at least two circulating set sub-groups. Set amplitude of the whole is the same as respective ones of the set sub-groups. Individual set amplitude on at least one specific tooth 1-9 existing in a specific position in a specific set sub-group, is different from individual set amplitude on a corresponding tooth 1-9 existing in a corresponding position in at least one of residual set sub-groups of the main groups. This invention relates to a manufacturing method of the band saw blade 1a.
