Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve problems which have been present in a spiral advancing and retracting structure of a rod member in a conventional bar member feeding device, that are, it is time consuming and expensive to manufacture, operation becomes unstable, a rod member is shortened, and storage efficiency is poor.SOLUTION: A rod member feeding device 1 of the present invention comprises a cylindrical main body sleeve 2, a rotational guide 3 rotatably provided with respect to the main body sleeve, and a slider 4 that spirally advances and retracts in the axial direction of the rotational guide. The rotational guide 3 has an insertion portion 3A at one end in the axial direction and an operation portion 3B at the other end, respectively. Arc portions (rotational plates 3C, 3C) of a predetermined angle diametrically opposed between the insertion portion 3A and the operation portion 3B in the axial direction are formed. A plurality of protruding portions 3a are formed on the mutually facing surfaces of the arc portions so as to be shifted in the axial direction between the respective mutually facing surfaces. In the slider 4, a spiral groove 4a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the end portion opposite to the side supporting a rod member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
