The base-attached lamp 10 is equipped with a light-emitting part 12, a body 13, a base member 14, and a resin ring 15, and the light-emitting part 12 has a solid light-emitting element 11. The body 13 has a cylindrical shape made of metal, whose one end side is mounted with the light-emitting part. The base member 14 has a cap shape made of metal which is installed on the other end side of the body. The resin ring 15 is interposed between the body and the base member, and has a position regulation member 15b of a nearly straight line shape which is formed at a position shifted from the center of the ring on at least one of the front side or rear side.
