Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device to support vertical load in which sufficient buffer stroke can be secured to vibration for all the 360° directions as well as to vibration in vertical directions, and a buffer body for base isolation which cooperates with the base isolation device to achieve restoration and take measures to wind when vibration is stopped.
SOLUTION: In a base isolation device (a), at an origin of perpendicular coordinates axes of a lateral axis 1 and a vertical axis 2 in a horizontal surface, a guide passage 3 along the lateral axis 1 is opened, and a lateral slider 5 to shaft-support a pair of rollers 4 facing each other in the guide passage 3 around an axial center perpendicular to the lateral axis 1 as a rotation axis is disposed. A damper 8 is engaged at a lower part of the lateral slider 5, vertical sliders 18 opening the guide passage 3 along the vertica axis 2 are respectively engaged at both ends, a pair of rollers 19 facing each other around an axial center perpendicular to the vertical axis 2 as a rotation axis are shaft-supported in the guide passages 3 in the respective vertical sliders 18, and junction bodies 21 are integrated with vertical rails 20 to guide the rollers 19 along the respective ends.
