Abstract:
To provide a foam insulation paper container base material that reduces an occurrence of peeling at a seam portion, improves top curl processability, and improves productivity of a paper container during a manufacture of a foam insulation paper container, and a foam insulation paper container sheet and a foam insulation paper container using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a foam insulation paper container base material made of a paper base material composed mainly of cellulose pulp, and a water-soluble resin layer provided on at least one surface of the paper base material. The paper base material is composed of three or more pulp layers, and an interlayer strength measured using an internal bond tester is 530 J/m2 or more. When an average value of a fiber orientation strength in outermost layers on front and back of the paper base material is A1, and an average value of a fiber orientation strength in inner layers inside the outermost layers of front and back is A2, 0.25≤(A2-A1) and 1.45≤A2 are satisfied. There is also provided a foam insulation paper container sheet and a foam insulation paper container using the foam insulation paper container base material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
