Title:
BASEBAND SIGNAL DEMODULATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005130231
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a demodulator which has a higher detection probability of synchronizing words than conventional demodulators.

An A/D-converted baseband signal is held in a storage part 40 until a symbol timing is detected from the A/D-converted baseband signal by a symbol timing detection part 300 and a decision signal is outputted, and the baseband signal which has been subjected to A/D conversion and held in the storage part 40 is collectively inputted to the shift register of a FIR filter 50 when the decision signal is outputted, and a demodulation signal is outputted. Thus, a demodulation possible region wherein the demodulation signal can be outputted is extended to raise the detection probability of unique word (UW).
