To provide a system which can track and photograph a subject even when the subject moves, secure the most suitable angle of the subject and distribute the picked up image.
The system comprises; a position detection terminal 2 which is attached to a moving object to detect the position of the moving object and transmits detected positional information by radio; a camera 1 capable of changing an objective position of photographing; and a camera controller 4 which controls the objective position of photographing of the camera 1. The camera controller 4 controls the objective position of photographing of the camera 1 to the position of the moving object on the basis of positional information transmitted from the position detection terminal 2 by radio.
