Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely select layout of basements while reducing construction cost. SOLUTION: The basement structural body is obtained by disposing PC wall panels 2 of a specified form adjacently in order on a concrete subslab layer at a bottom part of a vertical hole bored in a construction place. In this case, in the condition where plural PC wall panels 2 are disposed, parts of the PC wall panels 2 where they are not applied to each other are compensated with cast-in-place concrete panels 3, a floor slab 4 is formed on the concrete subslab layer enclosed with the PC wall panels 2 and the cast-in-place concrete panels 3, and abases 5 as foundation of a wooden building to be constructed in a frame wall construction method or log construction method are placed on top parts of the PC wall panels 2 and the cast-in-place concrete panels 3. A specified number of floor joists 51 are stretched between the bases 5 facing each other, and plywood panels 52 are integrally placed on the floor joists 51 and the bases 5 to form a floor framing 5a.
