This composition contains a plant of pepper family (e.g. Piper nigrum L, Piper longum L, Piper angustifolium R. et P., etc.), carbonate (e.g. sodium carbonate, etc.), and organic acid (e.g. succinic acid, etc.). Furthermore, the composition contains preferably a xanthine derivative {e.g. a compound expressed by the formula [R1 is methyl group or H; R2 is H or a (substituted) 1-12C alkyl group]; specifically aminophylline, theophylline, or caffeine}, β- adrenergic agent, specifically isoproterenol, dobutamine or salbutamol; α2- adrenergic depressants, specifically yohimbine, phentolamine or ergotamin; and bipyridine derivative, specifically amurinone or myrurinone.
