A house 10 consists of a plurality of house units 12 vertically connected with one another, and formed into a plurality of stories. The house 10 is furnished with the unit bath 22 to furnish the house 10 with a bathroom 26. Therefore, the bathroom 26 can be easily installed in the house 10. Further, the unit bath 22 has a height higher than the height of the house unit 12, and the unit bath 22 is installed in a wellhole space 18 piercing the lower story house unit 12 and the upper story house unit 12. Thus, the unit bath 22 can be installed through the lower story house unit 12 and the upper story house unit 12 to form an open-plan bathroom 26.
