Abstract:
To provide a battery box that constitutes accessories that can be enjoyed cheaply and gorgeously such that the battery box 1 is easily switched on and off with one hand by being hung like a strap or earrings.SOLUTION: A battery box includes a battery compartment 5 that accommodates a battery 4 having a battery anode 2 and a battery cathode 3, a cap 6 provided to cover the battery compartment 5 so as to move relative to the battery compartment 5, a light emitting element 9 provided on the cap 6 such that the electrode 7 can directly contact the battery anode 2 and the electrode 8 can directly contact the battery cathode 3, and a contact/non-contact mechanism 10 that contacts or releases the electrodes 7 and 8 of the light emitting element 9 with the battery anode 2 and the battery cathode 3 by relative movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
