Abstract:
To reduce an amount of mercury discharged into ambient air by efficiently recovering mercury contained in gas.SOLUTION: A mercury recovery device 100 that recovers mercury from a gas flowing in a flow path 1 from an upstream to a downstream includes :a raw material recovery vessel 12 for recovering a solid raw material from a mixed gas containing mercury-containing gas and an unburned portion; an extraction part 13 for extracting mercury-containing gas flowing the flow path P1 on a downstream of the raw material recovery vessel 12; a mercury recovery part 10 for recovering a mercury adsorbent that has absorbed mercury contained in mercury-containing gas by mixing the mercury-containing gas extracted at the extraction part 13 and the mercury adsorbent; a dust collector 15 for collecting raw material dust containing mercury in the mercury-containing gas flowing the flow path P1 at a temperature lower than the mixed gas on the downstream of the extraction part 13; and a flow path P5 for converging the raw material dust and the gas flowing the flow path P1 on the upstream side of the raw material recovery vessel 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
