To provide a battery device capable of further improving heat radiation efficiency, as well as aiming at reduction of weight and obtaining safety.
The battery device has a battery case 6 in which a secondary battery and FETs (heat generating components) are stored. A metallic heat radiation member 26 for releasing the heat of the FETs 20 outside the battery case 6 is arranged in the battery case 6 made of resin. The heat radiation member 26 is composed of a heat radiation plate 27 having a hear radiation fin 27b and a heat conduction plate 28. The heat radiation fin 27b is exposed to the outside of the battery case 6, and the heat conduction plate 28 is made to contact the FETs 20 and the heat radiation plate 27. A cover 33 covering the exposed heat radiation fin 27b is formed at outer face of the battery case 6, and an air intake port 33a and an exhaustion port 33b exhausting the air taken-in are formed on the cover 33.
