Title:
ANTICOAGULANT-CONTAINING BLOOD TAKING TUBE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3237106
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain the quality of the heparin activity of a blood taking tube formed by hermetically sealing the opening of 8 blind tube opened at one end with a plug over a long period of time by sealing heparin sodium or heparin lithium and the polypeptide fraction derived from collagen as an anticoagulant into this blood taking tube.
SOLUTION: The blood taking tube formed by hermetically sealing the opening of the blind tube opened at one end with the plug is required to meet the activation of blood coagulating factors and is formed by sealing the anticoagulant therein as the blood measurement right after blood taking is necessary in the case of an emergency patient. The heparin sodium or heparin lithium and the polypeptide fraction derived from the collagen are used as such anticoagulant. The polypeptide fraction derived from the collagen having an average mol.wt. of 10000 to 100000 is made to exist as a stabilizer in the blood taking tube. The skin collagen derived from swine or the collagen derived from the bovine tendon and refined to a high degree is preferably used as the polypeptide fraction.
