Abstract:
To provide a battery which is capable of storing its information required for such processes as distribution, use, discard, and recovery after manufactured.
An electronic tag 2 is fixed in a recess portion 5 formed on the outer surface of a battery 1 or in a small recess formed in a post-processing. As the electronic tag 2 is fixed by a fixing ring 6 set into the recess 5 and covered with an exterior label, the electronic tag 2 is fixed on the battery 1 without giving an influence to the outer dimension of the battery 1, and required information can be stored into and read out from the electronic tag 2.
