The zinc alloy powder is prescribed that a mass ratio in a particle group present in a region having a particle size of 850 μm or more to the whole powder is less than 1%, a mass ratio in a particle group present in a region having a particle size of less than 45 μm to the whole powder is less than 1%, and a mass ratio (-150)/(+150) of a particle group present in a region having a particle size less than 150 μm to a particle group present in a region having a particle size of 150 μm or more is 1.0 or more, and by using the zinc alloy powder, discharge characteristics are remarkably enhanced.
