Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lower a temperature of a protector when a discharge of a battery-stored energy is finished and discard/neglect a battery pack without anxiety immediately after the discharge is finished, by a method wherein a cooling speed of the protector is promoted while the battery-stored energy is discharged through a discharge resistance element after fuse elements are fused by heat generated by applying a current to a heating element, when abnormality occurs while the battery is charged/discharged.
SOLUTION: Fuse elements 21 and 22 are provided on one surface of a board 4 and a heating element 1 is provided on the other surface of the board 4.
