Title:
SENSOR DETECTION SYSTEM OF MOLDED OBJECT IN TRIMMING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3618636
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sensor detection system of a product in a trimming apparatus capable of accurately detecting the drawing position of a molded object by arranging a sensor followable by the displacement in an up and down direction of the end surface of the molded object connected to the sheet fed on this side of a die to prevent the drawing shift of the molded object and capable of enhancing synthetic productivity.
SOLUTION: The sensor detection system of the molded object in the trimming apparatus is equipped with a sheet guide device 10 for restricting the lateral movement of the molded object 8 connected to the fed sheet 9 and guiding the molded object 8 to a trimming position, the sensor 21 fixed to the sheet guide device 10 to detect the position of the molded object 8 and a trimming control unit 30 for determining the drawing position of the molded object 8 on the basis of the data from the sensor 21 to perform the trimming of the molded object 8.
