A battery type electric apparatus with legs has structure in which a battery is inserted from a base root of a tripod. Since the battery is built in at a securement leg side not an electric appliance side, and a terminal electrically connecting the two and penetrating an opening of the battery are arranged in a connecting portion in which the legs are conjugated to each other, the battery can be replaced only by separating the two, furthermore, a structure in which the dust prevention of the electrical contact or the protection of waterproofing is possible becomes easy in design.
