The elastic body spring device comprises an outer housing, a first inner housing and a second inner housing concentrically arranged to share one certain point, a plurality of first elastic bodies provided between the outer housing and the first inner housing, and a plurality of second elastic bodies provided between the first inner housing and the second inner housing.
