To provide a bead material for a glass panel, by which a moisture infiltrating from a section between the glass panel such as a double glazing, a laminated sheet glass or the like and a bead member is made to flow down efficiently without a retention and the moisture is not absorbed to the inside of the glass panel, the glass panel using the bead material and a manufacturing method for the bead material.

A pair of the bead materials 1 are installed on both surfaces of the glass panel along the periphery of the glass panel formed by superposing a plurality of panes respectively. Each bead material 1 is constituted of a side piece 3 covering the external side face of the periphery of the glass panel and bottom pieces 4 covering the end face of the glass panel while being continued to the side piece 3. The bottom pieces 4 have notches 7 for a drainage at specified intervals.
