Title:
BEADY THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER PARTICLE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE PARTICLE, AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE PARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007070624
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide thermoplastic polymer particles which are capable of improving the impact resistance property of a resin by adding a small quantity thereof and is of little tackiness and of good handleability, and also is capable of omitting a kneading process; a manufacturing method of the thermoplastic polymer particles; and a resin composition containing the thermoplastic polymer particles.

The beady thermoplastic polymer particles, having a core-shell structure consisting of a rubbery core comprising a poly(meth)acrylate copolymer having a three-dimensional crosslinked structure and having a glass transition temperature of 0°C or lower and of a tack-free shell containing a rigid resin having a glass transition temperature of 60°C or higher, is characterized in that the beady thermoplastic polymer particles contain a rigid resin having a glass transition temperature of 60°C or higher, in the shell in an amount more than that in the rubbery nucleus.
